▶️ Ketevan is from Didi Liakhvi valley, Kheti village. Currently, he lives in Gori with his family.
🔹 Until now, he used to prepare dried fruit and talap at home for family members. However, the search for ways to produce large amounts of ecologically clean dried fruit eventually connected him to Enlil, and he also set personal commercial goals in this activity.
📣 Within the scope of the project, a dehydrator was purchased, and an electric slicer was purchased with its own funds, in order to simplify the production process.
🫐is going to use the multi-functionality of the device as much as possible. Plans the production and sale of dried fruit, Tglapi, Churchkheli in the Georgian market.
▶️ It is interesting that he is actively working on the development of various fruit drying technologies. It also plans to give the product quality packaging and branding, to start cooperation with stores and to introduce its product to many people in the online space, which on the one hand will help sales and establish its own niche in the market.
