🍎Tamar Mchedlidze, owner of Enlil dehydrator and founder of successful family business "Fruktovita".
  Tamari is a teacher of Georgian language and literature. He currently lives in the village of Khiti with his family. In parallel with the pedagogical activity, he pursues an active entrepreneurial activity.
    At a professional level, he is mastering fruit growing, producing dried fruits, nuts and various nuts. For the sale of the produced product, it applies to the local market and various digital platforms.
     From sweet childhood memories, the taste of dried fruit made with grandmother, was a kind of inspiration to start a family business.
   He was actively involved in agricultural activities, and since the low selling price of fruits was a problem for his family, he was also interested in the marketing of dried fruit.
   As part of the grant competition of the "Peace Center Manatea" organization, the Enlil dehydrator was purchased and the production of ecologically clean dried fruit with a distinctive aroma began.
  Ms. Tamari is actively working on the branding of her entrepreneurial activities, preparing to participate in the exhibition, where she will present her product. It works on innovative technologies for drying different fruits, which will make its products unique.
